Guidelines for Safe Use and Daily Maintenance of Industrial Ovens

    Browse:63 date:2025-4-7【big centre small

As an important equipment in industrial production, the safe use and daily maintenance of industrial ovens are crucial. When using an industrial oven, it is important to ensure that the equipment is placed on a flat, dry, and well ventilated floor with sufficient space around it, and is at least 2 meters away from the wall on all sides for easy heat dissipation and maintenance. At the same time, flammable, explosive, corrosive substances, dust, and debris should not be piled up around the oven.
Operators should wear personal protective equipment such as work clothes, heat-resistant gloves, goggles, etc. to prevent heat sources from causing harm to the human body. According to the power consumption of the oven, install a power switch with sufficient capacity, select suitable power cords, and check whether the power leads have external insulation protection damage, exposed wires, etc. The electrical plugs and sockets must be intact and undamaged. Check the heating equipment and power cord daily to ensure that the equipment is in good condition. For ovens with blower devices, the blower must be turned on during the heating and constant temperature process to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
Set the appropriate temperature according to the baking requirements, and use a temperature control device for monitoring and adjustment. Note that the maximum operating temperature of the oven generally does not exceed 250 degrees. The arrangement of baked goods should not be too dense and should not be placed on the bottom of the oven (heat dissipation plate) to avoid affecting the circulation of hot air and heat dissipation effect. Do not bake flammable, explosive, volatile, or corrosive materials.
In terms of daily maintenance, it is necessary to keep the inside and outside of the oven clean, and regularly clean up dust and debris. Clean the furnace door with a soft damp cloth and avoid using sharp cleaning tools to prevent damage to the door glass. Regularly inspect power cords, heating elements, temperature control devices, and other components to ensure the normal operation and safety of the equipment.
